The quoted rental price is final, with no hidden fees and commission and no additional extras. Please note that all penalties related to traffic/or parking offences are full responsibility of the person hiring the vehicle. All fines and infringement fees incurred are to be paid by the hirer. Travelling distance is limited to 300 km a day. Additional kilometers will be charged at 5 rubles per km. The vehicle is supplied and must be returned with a full tank of fueland in a clean condition. Costs of fuel and the refuelling service and/or car valeting will be at hires expense if the Vehicle is not returned with a full tank and/or clean condition.

All rentals are charged on a 24 hour basis, one day (24 hours) being a minimum term of hire. In the event of return of the vehicle earlier than the date and time originally specified no refund will be made.

The total charges according to the price list applicable at the time of rental should be paid in full before the collection of the vehicle. Payment should be made in cash, in Russian rubles. In addition, the hirer must pay a deposit in the amount of 5000-10000 rubles, refundable upon timely return of the vehicle in perfect condition.

Minimum driver age required is 25 years old. All drivers must have held their licence for a minimum period of 3 years.
